Winnie the Pooh would spend every day of life humming tunes and stopping frequently to eat “a little something.” But today, Pooh and Piglet have to find the Heffalump, watch Rabbit scheme to rid the forest of Kanga’s dreaded bathtub, and help Eeyore search for his tail. Pooh’s intentions are always the best, but his passion for honey and condensed milk keeps getting him into trouble.
Once again Adventure Theatre brings to life a classic children’s tale that all ages can enjoy. The audience is swept away for an afternoon in Hundred Acre Woods and is treated to catchy tunes and a lesson in friendship. It was wonderful seeing some of our favorite characters come to life on stage, especially Eeyore, played by Sally Horton, whose grumblings kept us laughing throughout the production.
Winnie the Pooh runs through May 26th, 2019. Tickets to the show, including sensory-friendly performances, are $20 and can be purchased here.
Based on the book by A.A. Milne
