Art puts the A in STEAM. We love the creativity and ingenuity that art brings to other subjects. The benefits of children’s access to the arts has been well documented. In addition to developing motor skills, accelerating brain development, reducing stress and increasing self-esteem, art is FUN! Our littles love art. They love to create, explore and invent, and we love watching the process. We partnered with Bach to Rock to share with you some of our favorite Art Adventure Activities perfect for after school or on weekends this school year.
We first partnered with Bach to Rock because we love their process and values. At Bach to Rock they know that kids enjoying playing music will be inspired to practice and learn. We love the freedom and flexibility Bach to Rock offers young artists. Children as young as toddlers can begin their musical journey and continue to progress and learn on through high school. Bach to Rock makes music fun by combining popular songs of our time with fundamental music theory and technique concepts. Join a Band as a member of the band program, become a DJ in Beat Refinery, or visit Bach to Rock for musical Birthday Parties and Camps!
Bach to Rock is now enrolling at 6 DMV locations. Get your child started on high quality music education through private lessons and group classes for all ages on a wide selection of instruments.
Call, click, or stop by the school to reserve your slot at one of the 6 DMV locations. Bach to Rock has locations in Virginia in Herndon, McLean, Lansdowne, and South Riding, and in Maryland in Bethesda and Gaithersburg.
