The Del Ray House & Garden Tour is a biennial project of the Del Ray Citizens Association. The tour serves as a fundraiser for scholarships, neighborhood projects like tree planting, park renovations and neighborhood gatherings. Proceeds from this years tour will benefit the Del Ray Gateway Project. The self-guided tour runs on Saturday May 12th, Mother’s Day Weekend from 11:00am-  5:00pm, rain or shine. Start at the Del Ray Farmers Market  to pick up your tour brochure and wristband that will serve as your entrance pass to the homes on the tour.

The 12 homes on this year’s tour range from rowhouse renovations to single family new construction and everything in between.  This walkable tour offers participants the chance to see the wide variety of homes in the neighborhood: an old farmhouse renovated for a young family, an open concept home with a carefully cultivated and stunning art collection, and a 1917 catalog home with an original purchase price of $1,396.50.

The tour is a wonderful reflection of Del Ray’s diversity as well as an opportunity to see the work of local architects and builders.  Join us to get great ideas on paint colors, tiles, decorative hardware, bath and kitchen fixtures, and much, much more.

Tickets are $25 until May 1, when they will increase to $30.  Tickets can be purchased at a reduced price by DRCA members at the April and May membership meetings.
