An event every day that begins at 10:00 am, repeating until January 1, 2018
Immerse yourself in a beautiful, unique exhibit at the United States Botanic Garden on the Capitol grounds. Marvel at the detailed recreations of famous buildings and structures, as well as an extensive model train exhibit located in the East Gallery.
This year, the theme is “Roadside Attractions.” Expect displays and decor that recreate famous local attractions through plants. Featured attractions include Cadillac Ranch (Texas), the hot-dog-shaped Coney Island Hot Dog Stand (Colorado), Corn Palace (South Dakota) and Lucy the Elephant (New Jersey).
Be sure to scope out the bountiful poinsettia exhibit.
Getting In: Admission to the United States Botanical Garden holiday exhibits is free.
