In the midst of COVID-19, where thousands of small businesses have closed nationwide. The restaurant industry was hit the hardest, especially the niche minority-owned food + beverage businesses. We realize how much of a cultural staple cuisine is in our community, and we want to use this platform as an opportunity to give back to those who share their heart, and soul, through food daily. The Bite of Brown Festival in Washington, DC looks to highlight and award outstanding restaurant and beverage owners of color.
