The Hylton Performing Arts Center and its sister venue, the Center for the Arts at George Mason University, are excited to present Chamber Music Society (CMS) of Lincoln Center Front Row: National, a new digital initiative highlighting the talented artists of CMS through previously recorded high-definition concerts from the CMS archive. This digital event is part of the Hylton at Home and Mason Arts at Home digital performance series.

This performance features virtuosic works for clarinet played by David Shifrin and fellow CMS musicians, including Mozart’s Clarinet Quintet in A major, Bassi’s Concert Fantasia on the Themes from Verdi’s Rigoletto, and Duke Ellington’s Clarinet Lament.
