It’s Personal: An Essay Writing Institute
Designed for teens ages 14 – 17

IT’S PERSONAL is a writing institute for teen girls ages 14 to 17 who are looking to further develop or explore their creative writing skills. The workshop is scheduled for August 1,2020, August 15, 2020, August 29, 2020, and September 5, 2020 at 11am and presented by Esther Productions, Inc. Workshop led by Ms. Jonetta Rose Barras.
Participants will learn how to structure a personal essay, using a variety of styles and approaches. They will learn how to effectively use lively, descriptive language to tell a compelling narrative.
