Kids Aerial Yoga Foundations (Ages 6 – 11+)

This workshop is for our aerial students aged 6 to 11+. We will introduce (or remind) students how to properly and safely use the aerial hammock to get their practice going! We will go over basic wraps, hangs and shapes, preparing them for other classes on the schedule.
This class is limited to 10 students. This workshop is a prerequisite to kids aerial dance.
Cost of workshop: $40 with hammock, $50 with hammock rental
