Social Studies: Tiny Perfect Things

An event every day that begins at 10:00 am, repeating until August 27, 2020

While living at the Cottage, Abraham Lincoln wondered about the future of the country. He observed, questioned, and shifted his perspective in search of new information. By demonstrating a deeper curiosity about himself, others, and the world, Lincoln was able to act bravely.
Reserve a table and join President Lincoln’s Cottage to develop your own curiosity and discover how tiny, perfect things can make a big impact on new ideas.
Program Includes:
· Group reading of Tiny, Perfect Things by Author M.H. Clark and illustrated by Madeline Kloepper
· Go on an interactive adventure of the Cottage’s gardens and make a craft that shows how new ideas, like tiny seeds, can make the world a brighter, more colorful place
