Mola, the Mt. Pleasant-based, Michelin Bib Gourmand recognized tapas restaurant, will host two events to ring in the New Year: a family-friendly, Spanish New Year’s celebration from 5 to 7 p.m. and a drinks-and-dancing New Year’s Eve party from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. 

For the family-friendly event, Mola’s critically-acclaimed kitchen will prepare a tapas buffet and serve a cava toast for adults and a sparkling grape juice toast for the kiddos. The entire family will stay entertained with a game table, face painting, and temporary tattoo station. 

Mola’s American New Year’s celebration includes a two-hour open bar open bar featuring Spanish beer and wine, tasty pintxos fresh from the kitchen, plus music and dancing.

In addition to the ticketed events, Mola will take reservations for dinner between 7 to 10:30 p.m. They will be offering their regular menu along with dinner specials and featured cava selections.

• New Year’s Eve Family Celebration: $30 adult ticket, $10 child ticket. Runs from 5 – 7 p.m., and features tapas, family-friendly activities, and a live taping of the Spanish ball drop at 6 PM. Follow this link for tickets.

Mola will take dinner reservations from 7 to 10:30 p.m. We will also be open for brunch and all day happy hour on New Year’s Day! Start 2020 with a delicious spread of Spanish eats plus specials on cava and brunch cocktails from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Happy hour runs from 11 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. so you can enjoy great deals on beer, wine, cocktails & vermouth and a selection of our favorite Spanish bar snacks.
