A St. Patrick’s Day Special Event! Live in the Rocklands Farm heated Tasting Room, local Americana group Captain Krunch and the Taste Brigade(banjo/fiddle/guitar) performs on Saturday, March 17th from 5pm to 8pm. Music is free (no cover). Watershed Cafe will be here with a special Irish-themed food menu. We’ll be open starting at 11am, food service begins at 12pm and music goes from 5pm to 8pm. Rocklands wine by the glass and bottle all day!

About the Musician:
Hailing from Germantown, Maryland, Jonathan has rambled quite a crooked road on his way to Rocklands. Rooted in folk and americana, Jonathan got his start as a performer on the streets of D.C., busking during the weekday markets and on the weekend. The shared experience and chance encounter are two of the most rewarding parts of being a street performer, “One time, a guy gave me a piece of lead shaped like Argentina! Right as I was about to leave the country to go travel down there!” recounts Jonathan of a past busking experience. His passion for music and own original songwriting lies somewhere between the mournful oldtimey ballad and the high-octane fiddle tune, after his own experiences and through the words of great American song writers.
