Enter below to win 2 tickets to “Tchaikovsky with Balanchine” on April 27th at 8:15 PM at the Music Center at Strathmore.Keeping with the dance theme, ballet dancers from the Baltimore School for the Arts join us for a presentation of Tchaikovsky’s Serenade when they perform the original choreography created for this piece by George Balanchine. The Off The Cuff concerts are shorter in length (usually about an hour) and Marin offers some introductory background information and then participates in a post-concert Q&A with the audience. This one is especially interesting because Marin’s parents used to play in the New York City Ballet orchestra and she has memories of them working directly with Balanchine.
