The Holiday Dinner Tour is a 60-minute specialty tour that goes behind-the-scenes to show how food was stored, who prepared it, and how it was served. In the Chocolate Making Demonstrations watch costumed interpreters as they take you through each step of the chocolate making process—from cacao seed to chocolate mills— and learn more about the preparation of hot chocolate and chocolate tea at Mount Vernon. Join the resident fifer for a musical demonstration and discussion of 18th-century holiday music!
